LEGAL
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of the educational services provided by NOVARA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS L.L.C.
Educational-service scope
Novara provides financial education and coaching. Information and services are for general educational purposes and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
No professional-advice relationship
Engaging Novara for education and coaching does not create an investment-advisory, attorney-client, tax, or accounting relationship. Consult an appropriately licensed professional for specialized advice.
Program descriptions
Program descriptions on this site summarize the educational focus of each offering. Specific deliverables are confirmed at the time of your session.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time program fees and recurring monthly subscriptions are charged as described at checkout. We do not collect or store full payment-card information.
Recurring subscriptions
Monthly coaching is a recurring subscription billed monthly until canceled. You may manage or cancel qualifying subscriptions through Stripe's secure billing portal.
Cancellations
Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling a scheduled coaching, training, consultation, or review session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session. Novara may make reasonable exceptions when circumstances warrant.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be handled at Novara's discretion.
Refunds
Fees for services that have already been delivered or substantially performed are non-refundable. For one-time coaching, training, or consultation services that have not yet been provided, a client who cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may request either rescheduling or a refund to the original payment method. Late cancellations, missed appointments, completed sessions, downloaded or delivered personalized materials, and services already substantially performed may not be eligible for refund. For recurring coaching plans, cancellation stops future recurring charges in accordance with the billing cancellation process. Amounts already charged for completed or active billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise approved by Novara. Novara reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions when appropriate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit sensitive financial credentials, prohibited content, or automated spam through this website, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt our services.
Intellectual property
All branding, content, and materials provided by Novara are the property of NOVARA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS L.L.C. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimers
Novara does not guarantee credit-score changes, debt reduction, savings results, or other financial outcomes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, participation, decisions, consistency, and implementation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara's liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or Novara's services will be handled in an appropriate court located in Duval County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
