This may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, program interest, financial goals, appointment details, and the content of messages and notes you choose to share.
Contact-form information
When you submit the consultation form, the information you provide is stored in a secure administrative database and used to respond to your request. We ask that you do not submit Social Security numbers, bank passwords, complete account numbers, payment-card information, or tax-document information through the form.
Appointment information
If you schedule a consultation, appointment details may be handled through a connected scheduling provider. We retain only the booking reference and status needed to coordinate your session.
Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Novara does not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with its own security standards. We retain only payment status and Stripe transaction identifiers for record-keeping.
Email communication
We may use email to respond to inquiries, send confirmations, and provide program-related communication. Standard email is not encrypted; please do not send sensitive financial information by email.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not send message contents, financial goals, phone numbers, email addresses, or sensitive form data to analytics services.
Cookies
By default, only necessary cookies are used. If nonessential analytics or marketing cookies are added, an appropriate consent mechanism will be displayed and you may decline them.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers (such as Stripe and scheduling providers) to operate aspects of our services. These providers process information as necessary to deliver their functions, under their own policies.

We retain lead and client records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your non-essential records where applicable.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including limiting what we collect and restricting access. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim absolute security. We do not request bank passwords or Social Security numbers through this website.
